A beautiful home in an incredible location!

In the heart of the sunny, coastal village of Bosherston, our peaceful, spacious, light filled cottage, has the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coastal Path on the doorstep. Adjacent to the famous Lily Ponds, a tranquil stroll around the lakes will bring you to the stunning golden beach of Broad Haven South. Enjoy a multitude of different walks from the house - including to Barafundle Bay, regularly voted one of Britain’s finest beaches.

The Cottage
A deceptively spacious, detached, family home that has been extended and fully modernised, yet retains it’s most attractive period features. School House was built in the 1860’s for the village school teacher as part of the Cawdor Stackpole Estate.

Three gorgeous, bedrooms sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, furnished with luxury linens and towels, the furniture is handmade in elm by a local craftsman and the room offers superb tranquil views over the garden. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds and their window seats offer a perfect spot to sit and watch village life unfold, or to admire the sun setting over the fields.

We have a well-equipped modern, country style kitchen and an eat-in family breakfast table that comfortably seats 6. There is a second separate, more formal dining room, providing the perfect room for fun dinner parties and family gatherings in front of the wood burning stove.

The house has three well appointed modern bathrooms. A large main family bathroom with bath and shower facilities, a second shower room and our third, gorgeous, quirky feature bathroom set under the eaves with its beautiful corner bath.

The stunning lounge, with its exposed stone and beams and contemporary furnishing touches has a cosy wood burning stove as well as patio doors that lead directly out not the garden. HD TV with Freest and Blue-ray DVD.

The cottage has a large, private, peaceful garden, beautifully planted with cottage garden flowers and mature fruit trees. There is plenty of space in the garden for children to play, or secret tranquil hidden corners to sit and just relax in the sunshine over a glass of wine and a book. The sheltered patio is a complete sun trap and superb for relaxing alfresco meals.

The cottage is perfectly positioned in a prime location to enjoy an absolute wealth of spectacular beaches, breathtaking natural features and historic monuments in the immediate area including; Broad Haven South Beach, Barafundle Bay, the magical 13th century St Govan’s Chapel set down amongst the towering limestone cliffs, The Green Bridge of Wales, Stackpole Walled Garden, The National Trust Stackpole Estate, Freshwater West surf beach and of course Pembroke Castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor.

We are a short stroll to the local village pub, The St Govan’s Inn, serving good food, and a few doors away from a traditional afternoon tea in Bosherston’s Ye Olde World Tea Rooms.

Hope to see you soon!
